Adam has an educational background in Kinesiology and Psychology where he acquired his Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree from Brock University in 2005. Adam now has over 12 years of Sales & Marketing experience in various industries, successfully representing over 20 different products and services. He has over 5 years of executive management experience, successfully running 4 Sales Campaigns for fortune 500 companies. Adam has a passion for sales and relentless drive for growth and success.

VP of Sales
Troy Fuoco has over 15 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing industry. Troy has sold everything from waterbeds to cars. He has successfully managed direct marketing companies across Canada, from Ontario to British Columbia. Troy Fuoco has been part of the management team with Latta Corp for since 2011, and has proven to be a strong leader to the organization. Since that time, Troy has significantly contributed to the achievement of Latta Corp’s annual sales targets in the Alberta market. Troy’s core focus is to build sales teams and help the company grow and expand into new markets.
VP of Operations
Damian has always prided himself on getting the most out of those around him. Damian has a passion for helping people grow and to maximize their potential. His accolades include Highest Office Productivity and #1 in Annual Sales 3 years in a row. His teams have set new Monthly and Annual Sales Records in multiple companies. He has trained hundreds of sales professionals and mentored over 50 candidates into a successful career in Sales Management. Damian’s core focus is to build sales teams and help the company grow and expand into new markets.
Jon St. Arnaud
VP of Client Relations
With over 7 years of executive business management experience, combined with an extensive background of client relationship management, Jon St Arnaud has proven to be a great asset to the Latta Corp family. His core areas of responsibility include vendor management and client relationship management.
Chief Human Resource Officer
In 2013, Jason joined the Latta Corp team as the Human Resources Manager. He has over 10 years of business management experience, with an extensive background in customer and client services. Prior to Latta Corp, he was part of the management team of Heritage London Foundation, where he was responsible for all business, client, and customer relationships. Jason is driven by his dedication to quality service and excellence in business relations.
Human Resource Manager
In 2014, Rebecca Mead, joined the Latta Corporation as the Human Resources Assistant Manager. With a degree in Office Administration, as well as seven years of business experience with Alberta Health Services, Rebecca has become an important part of the Latta Corporation administration team. Rebecca excels in business relations, and provides quality service to the many associates of Latta Corporation.
Chief Financial Advisor
Taylor Carloss advises Latta Corp. on corporate tax filing requirements as well as financing strategies. Taylor holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, ON, as well as a Certified Management Accountant designation.
Accounts Payable Manager
Joined Latta Corporation in 2014 as the Accounts Payable Manager. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business in Calgary, AB. As well, she holds a Certified General Accountant Designation. Belinda has over 10 years of accounting experience in financial reporting and other accounting positions.
Director of Sales, British Columbia
After a career in the military, Kevin Villiers entered the sales and marketing industry in 2005. He worked his way up from a sales representative to become one of the highest producing managers by 2006. Kevin has worked with multiple clients across Canada in the energy and telecommunications industries. With 8 years of experience as a Paramedic his focus is on people development, over production, having empathy and compassion for his teams and draws for leadership skills developed in the military. Kevin currently runs multiple campaigns with Latta Corp in Vancouver.
Director of Sales, Alberta
Mike Pham acquired his Business Process Management Degree at the Haskayne School of Business, while embracing the world of Commerce. Mike has an extensive background in Public Speaking, Project Management, Commerce Research, and Social Entrepreneurship. His focus is working with community-based organizations such as TELUS Communications. Realizing that not only do successful businessman sell great ideas, but are also able to sell themselves first! As a Regional Sales Manager at Latta Corporation, Mike’s core areas of responsibility include: Estimate demand and prepare sales forecasts; establish sales objectives and quotas; prepare sales plans; recruit; train; and develop leadership qualities in his staff.ouver.
